Among the people seen on Monday were a former governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Professor Chukwuma Charles Soludo, and former Ekiti State Governor Kayode Fayemi.
Soludo, who wore a cream kaftan, was sighted signing the visitors’ book at the entrance of the Office of theChief of Staff to the President, Alhaji Abba Kyari.
He made his way into the Office of the Chief of Staff at about 5.35pm; while Fayemi, who wore a dark kaftan, with a cap, entered around 6.10pm.Soludo and Fayemi waited for the Chief of Staff who was inside the president’s office when his visitors arrived.
It was, however, not clear whether they met with President Muhammadu Buhari.
President Buhari is expected to announce the ministerial nominees this week.
